Our journey began as a simple conversation between two people, but it quickly evolved into something more. After realizing that we possessed the necessary skills and expertise, we embarked on a mission to provide valuable training and assistance to others.

As a retired military veteran and Deputy Chief of Police, our founder understands the importance of discipline, strategic thinking, and effective communication. These qualities form the foundation of our consulting services. We approach each client with a personalized and tailored approach, taking into account their unique needs, goals, and challenges.

Background in Industry
Reginald Winston is a distinguished individual who has dedicated his life to serving his nation and community. With an impressive combined 24 years of service in the United States Marine Corps and Army, as well as 25 years with the Casa Grande Police Department, Reginald’s commitment to public service is unwavering.
During his tenure with the Casa Grande Police Department, Reginald served in various capacities, showcasing his versatility and expertise. From starting as a Patrol Officer to eventually becoming the Deputy Chief of Police, he demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a deep understanding of law enforcement operations. Throughout his career, Reginald also held positions such as Special Enforcement Unit Detective, General Investigator, Patrol Supervisor, and Professional Standards Supervisor.
Reginald’s military experience is equally impressive. In the Marine Corps, his primary Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) was an Ammunition Technician. He also served as a Marine Security Guard at the American Embassy in Mexico City, Mexico, and Abidjan, Ivory Coast. Additionally, Reginald held the role of Drill Instructor at MCRD Parris Island, SC. In the Army, he served as a Military Police Officer, taking on leadership roles such as Platoon Leader, Company Commander, and Battalion Logistical Officer during his deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).
Education has played a crucial role in Reginald’s professional development. He earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Public Safety Administration from Grand Canyon University, and went on to obtain a Masters Degree in Leadership with an Emphasis in Disaster Preparedness and Executive Fire Leadership. Reginald’s commitment to continuous learning led him to graduate from prestigious institutions such as the FBI National Academy (Class 262) and Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command.
Active in professional organizations, Reginald is affiliated with esteemed groups such as the International Association of Chiefs of Police, Arizona Association of Chiefs of Police, FBI National Academy Association, FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Leadership Association, ABLE-Arizona Black Law Enforcement, and the National Organization of Black Law Enforcement Executives (NOBLE).
Outside of his professional endeavors, Reginald remains engaged in his community. He is a member of the Casa Grande Valley Elks Lodge #1957, Veterans of Foreign Wars Post #1677, and Marine Corps League Detachment 901. Through his involvement in these organizations, Reginald continues to contribute to the well-being and support of his community.
